Service fees are fixed and are payable as agreed before onboarding or campaign setup begins.
Ad spend is separate from Renovoli service fees and is paid directly to the advertising platform where applicable.
Renovoli works to generate and optimize enquiries. Closed clients depend on your offer, pricing, portfolio, response speed and sales process.
Setup begins after payment confirmation, business details, campaign assets and approval are completed.
Payments made for strategy, setup, campaign management or optimization work are non-refundable once work has started.
